Using Drones to Teach Programming/Problem Solving
The drone robot kits immerse students in technical challenges using new aerial technology and teach real-world skills for college and career readiness. Students will engage in programming and this will promote creativity, collaboration and critical thinking.
Creating a Professional Learning Community
This project will provide the classroom with the current research and best practices to strengthen the reading and writing of all students.
Advanced Math Explorations
Students will be able to explore project-oriented accelerated Math activities. They will work collaboratively and independently to examine and analyze math minds task to strengthen their abilities and support needed enrichment.
Multi-Sensory Phonemic Awareness
These new Phonemic awareness books will be provided for each elementary school and will be used in a small & large group setting. Additional training in this area will increase reading and spelling and are geared towards developing and strengthening phonological processing.
