Oh, the Places You’ll go…A College Fair
This grant enables the New Providence Guidance Department to host a college fair, with the goal of bringing 100 college representatives to New Providence, which will increase the exposure of our students to a more varied group of colleges and universities.
Enhancing Speaking, Listening and Communicating in World Languages
This grant provides a class set of headphones with microphones for each building in district. This will compliment our iPad learning by allowing students to more efficiently engage in the three modes of communication.
Over Stage Grid
This grant will upgrade the existing trusses and curtain hardware above the stage to allow for additional border and wing curtains surrounding the stage. Cardiac Classroom
By attending the Live From Surgery program at the Liberty Science Center, students are able to experience an operating room, peer over the shoulders of a medical team, and talk to surgeons during surgery.
Preparing and Conquering the Test
Method Test Prep is an online self-directed program which provides students with an additional opportunity to prepare for college testing, such as the SAT and ACT. It provides review material directly on their iPads which can be accessed at anytime.
