Going Digital in the Classroom
Four digital cameras will be purchased through this grant for teachers and students to use to enhance their lessons and presentations and to develop skills with interactive technology that increase productivity and creativity.
CD Library
A literary CD collection will be added to the Salt Brook Media Center with this grant CDs will accompany copies of books and can be borrowed by students, teachers, and parents to further develop students reading and listening skills and enjoyment. The CDs will also provide extra reinforcement for struggling readers.
Videography Kit
Through this grant, a professional quality digital video camcorder and microphone will be added to the highschool/middle school videography equipment in order to decrease the size of Video Design groups sharing a camera and to allow teachers and students in other disciplines to document and share presentations, many of which become community resources when they […]
Computer Graphic Design
This grant will provide state-of-the-art Apple computers, graphic software, digitizing tablets and digital cameras for two computer graphics courses for students in seventh through twelfth grades to fulfill graphic design curriculum requirements and also respond to community requests for graphic design support.
