RoboChallenge
A hands-on, minds-on program that integrates science, math and technology, RoboChallenge will allow Middle School students to build on their fourth-grade robotics and sixth-grade models and designs units by providing guided and progressive robotics and machine design exercises. Students will have the opportunity to solve problems using tools, machines and processes used in industry and […]
Calculator-Based Labs
A lab-based initiative to enhance the high school science program, Calculator-Based Labs will provide a calculator interface and electronic probes to allow students to collect, record and graph real-time data in experiments across the science curriculum, including areas such as photosynthesis, respiration, and conductivity.
Multimedia Presentation Carts
This grant provides each elementary school with a multi-media presentation cart. The new cart will allow teachers and students to further access internet resources, present student work, reinforce lessons, and design class projects in a digital framework.
Motion Acceleration and Force
This hands-on science program will provide three computer probe systems to support the physics classes in measuring real-life problems in motion, acceleration and force.
