New Providence Education Foundation Thanks Donors to Successful Casino Royale Event

The Roaring Twenties were back with casino games, silent and live auctions, contests, tricky tray raffle, and a dizzying array of prizes featured at this year’s Casino Royale hosted by the New Providence Education Foundation (NPEF).

The event was a huge success – more than 200 attendees raised tens of thousands of dollars in support of NPEF’s ongoing efforts to create successful partnerships between the New Providence public school community and the community at large, including residents, alumni, and businesses, to provide for and enhance the educational experiences of our students.

The success of Casino Royale was driven by countless volunteers and the meaningful support of many, many donors.  The NPEF would like to extend special thanks to:

The members of NPEF and their supporters raise and distribute monies for the schools each and every year. These grants are teacher-initiated, help supplement existing programs, and provide for new and innovative efforts, many of which would not otherwise be funded.  Since its inception in 2004, and through the generosity of its supporters, the NPEF has provided more than a half-a-million dollars in grants.
