LabQuest Interfaces for Motion, Forces and Energy

In alignment with the current application of technology in the physics classroom, the next phase of implementation in the program is to allow for students to measure and record data outside of the bounds of the classroom.

A brand new technology has been introduced by Vernier in the form of the LabQuest interface. The LabQuest is designed to be used both inside the classroom as an additional interface and most importantly in the field where measurements of data such as motion, forces energy stream variables and meteorological data at any location.

The hand held devices are compatible with existing probes and sensors allowing for their immediate use upon arrival. The grant allows for eight Vernier LabQuest Interfaces with three motion detectors.
