NPTV on the Road
The goal of this project is to provide opportunities for students to create professional videos for the School District and Borough outside of the television studio setting. Presently, single camera videotaping is used to cover sporting events, school plays, High School and Middle School graduations, BOE and Council Candidates events, special assemblies and class presentations. This project will assemble a low cost, self contained mobile video studio for recording programming on location. These programs would be switched live by a crew of four to eight students, creating a program that can easily be transferred to NPTV to promote the district. Multi camera switching will significantly improve the quality of the final videos, and allow more students to be involved in the production team.
