A Sound Idea – Capturing Audio with Quality
The Music and Performing Arts Department is granted money to be used for purchasing and installing stationary high quality hanging recording microphones in the High School/Middle School Choral, Orchestra and Band Rooms.
These microphones will stay in each room. In addition, a secure, mobile cart will house a Multi-Channel Digital Track Recorder which can be moved from room to room and simply just plug and play to record as needed.
In addition, high quality microphones and stands will be used in the auditorium with enough cable to feed into district video equipment if desired may be used to record performances in the highest, but most accessible quality possible.
