Alison and her husband, Anthony, moved to New Providence from Brooklyn, New York during the summer of 2017. They were drawn to New Providence because of the small town feel and the school district’s excellent reputation. They have three children, ages 10, 8 & 6, who attend Salt Brook School.
Alison grew up in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. She attended Saint Joseph’s College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Child Study and Speech. Alison completed her master’s degree in speech language pathology at New York University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a licensed speech language pathologist in New Jersey, Maine, and Nevada. Alison has over nineteen years of school based experience and is currently a Speech Language Specialist in a public school in Somerset County. She is thrilled to join the New Providence Education Foundation.
